Moderating Content to the Lagom amount

So, are you confused and overwhelmed now that everyone is paying attention to "the pause" finally?

I am.

That plus information about the associated "healthy aging" approach that I aim for instead of anything permanent or too invasive.

Thus, I'm adding a few more angles to how we think about Lagom Collections.

Let's add "moderating info overload" to easier action and understanding by sharing right amount of data to help us look after ourselves better.  And then truthfully we have more time to have fun reading, arting and being.
